Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return
- Email us at info@lylamelbourne.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
