Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Lyla Melbourne offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Original packaging should also be included whenever possible.
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, La Luna Melbourne will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

How long does delivery take?
